The company was officially incorporated in July 1981 as a joint venture between Project Engineers Pte. Ltd. and Bond Instrumentation & Process Control Ltd of UK. Since 1989, it was bought over by the employees of the company, after which the company has since been locally owned.

Sited in its existing premises with an area of approximately 15,000 sq. ft. in Jurong industrial estate, it acts as an agency for sales and service for a host of international known brands.
