1981
The company was officially incorporated
in May as a joint venture between Project
Engineers Pte Ltd and BOND Instrumentation
& Process Control Ltd, UK
1982
Acquired the agency for sales & service
for the products from the following companies:
- Noris Tachometerwerk GmbH & Co. Germany
- MMC International Corp. USA
- Trafag AG. Switzerland
1984
Acquired the agency for sales & service
for the products of Seres, France
1989
Process Control Ltd went through a share
restructuring exercise whereby the 50% share
originally owned by BOND Instrumentation
& Process Control Ltd., UK was bought
over by the employees of the company after
which the company has been wholly locally
owned.
1990
Bought over the existing premises with area
of approximately 15,000 sq. ft
1992
Acquired the agency for sales & service
for the products of Motherwell Control Systems
Ltd., UK
1993
Acquired the agency for sales & service
for the products of Wuzhong Instrument Factory,
China
1994
Established a 50%-50% joint venture with
Noris Tachometerwerk GmbH to form Noris
Automation Far East Pte. Ltd.
1997
Acquired the agency for sales and service
for the products of Korea Steel Power Co.,
Ltd Korea Achieved ISO9001 certification
in October
1998
Acquired the agency for sales and service
for the products of the following companies:
- Macnaught Pty Limited. Australia
- Nivelco Process Control Co. Ltd. Hungary
1999
Established a joint venture company, Eureka
Control System Pte Ltd to look after repair
and maintenance services on the shipboard
instrumentation and control system
Acquired the agency for sales and service
for the products of the following companies:
- Fimet s.r.l Italy
- Italcoppie s.r.l. Italy
- G-Won Machinery Co., Ltd. Korea
- Hanains & Tech Co., Ltd Korea
- Mapo Technomax Ltd. Korea
- Seojin Instech Co., Ltd Korea
2001: Acquired agency for sales and services
for SMIE, France.
2003: Acquired the agency for sales and
services for Specs, Korea.
2004: Acquired the agency for sales and
services for Obel-P Products, Denmark.
